Happy Lives

Navdeep has been a happy home for hundreds of children who may have otherwise never known loving care. It has always been our mission to help them find lasting love within a family and wider society.

Although it is never easy to part with our children, we are delighted and proud that we could be a small part of their beautiful lives.

April 1998, a one month old infant is brought to M.Y. Hospital, Indore by the police from Sarangpur. With parents unknown, the infant is handed to the loving care of the "mothers" at Navdeep at Sanjeevani Seva Sangam.

During the medical check-ups, it is discovered that the boy is a special child. A slow learner, he was nevertheless sagacious. Given the opportunity to learn at Sanjeevani, he excelled at drawing and other vocational skills. Taking part in various competitions, his skills did us proud.

Sanjeevani being a young child care home, he had to be moved to another home when he turned six.  He now lives a happy life and continues to contribute with his art.

In February of the year 2002, a new born abandoned by the railway tracks in Indore,  wailed in misery and pain.  Losing not just the love of his mother, but also an arm,  and weak with the loss of blood, he was brought to Sanjeevani Seva Sangam. Giving her own blood to save him, Navdeep superintendent, Mrs. Asha Singh gave him the love and care he never knew.

Never being adopted, he got the love of so many "mothers" at Sanjeevani. And then he got another benefactor in Mr. Ashok Patel, an NRI from the US who sponsored his education at a well known boarding school in Gujarat. There he went on to not only study, but also excel at football.  After schooling, he studied for a B.Com and gained knowledge of Tally ERP.

Employed today as an accountant at a private firm, that grown young man never forgets the love he received at Sanjeevani and visits often to share some of the love with the infants that now lie in the cots he too once lay in.

No adversity could impede this beautiful girl in finding happiness. First at Navdeep, then with a loving mother, who, taking her to the US gave her all the opportunities to grow into a kind and accomplished young girl

Navdeep has not only put smiles on the face of hundreds of children, but given the gift of motherhood to countless mothers and joy to innumerable families. We have already helped over 1500 children find happy families, both in India as well as abroad.  And our efforts have not gone unnoticed.

We wish them all the happiness in the world and dedicate ourselves to continue to do so.
